Many rural communities continue to do the same thing they have been doing for years regarding the relationship between their educational partners and the business community. These communities will continue to be left behind as the economic landscape changes rapidly, with jobs demanding more education and skills than ever before. However, there are significant opportunities for communities that think innovatively about how to connect, leverage, and expand their educational assets. In this webinar, we will provide participants with strategies, tips, and real-world examples of how we’ve leveraged our partner community’s educational assets to grow and attract jobs and opportunities.

Andy, an attorney by training, has worked with economic development organizations, city and county governments, and higher education partners since co-founding Portera & Associates in 2014.
