The Great Lakes Economic Development Council (GLEDC) invites you to a special meeting with MP Lianne Rood and the Federal Economic Development Agency to discuss the 

Great Lakes Region and opportunities for federal support to strengthen our communities.

Date: Friday / February 28th / 2025
Location: City of Burlington, Ontario
(Virtual participation available)
⏰ Time: 1PM-2PM EST
(60-minute session with a 10-minute Q&A period)


Important RSVP Information:

✅ In-Person Attendance: We have only 10 seats available in Burlington, Ontario. Please reserve an in-person spot only if you can attend in person. It would be wonderful to see participation from our Province of Ontario members.

✅ Virtual Participation: Members unable to travel are encouraged to join virtually.

This is a key opportunity to:

  • Introduce the GLEDC to federal representatives.
  • Highlight concerns and opportunities affecting the Great Lakes Region.
  • Advocate for federal support to strengthen economic and environmental initiatives.
